		<description>Of course both items were really made from the fruit of the Prickly Pear Cactus.  There was a time when people would go arouth and gather the fruit with tongs because of the fine needles on the fruit.  They are boiled and skinned and mashed down to use in the various recipes.  They also stain like the dickens.</description>
