Singh Farms is Oasis Off the 101
Most of the drivers rushing up and down the 101 are unaware of the desert oasis that’s blooming just northeast of Thomas Road in Scottsdale. A line of unassuming trees block the traffic from a lush and surprisingly quiet farm full of organic fruits and veges.
Singh Farms supplies numerous Valley restaurants with seasonal and exotic foods, yet this oasis is also open to the public on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Stop by to stroll through the farm, stock up on local produce, indulge in homemade pizza, sip freshly squeezed juice and nosh on other seasonal treats.
The farm also produces and sells a fancy organic compost that Valley gardeners yearn for. It’s available for purchase Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
For more information, visit Singh Farms on Facebook or call (480) 225-7199.
