Since 1969, the Grand Canyon Deer Farm has offered animal lovers an up close and personal experience with wildlife from Arizona and around the world.

Visitors of all ages hand feed deer and elk in the open portion of the farm, and can check out a variety of other wildlife in the caged area, including wallabies, reindeer, massive sheep dogs, birds, bison and small monkeys.

Have a child who wants to be a zookeeper? They can take part in the deer farm’s Junior Zookeeper program. For $100 they can accompany a zookeeper for two hours as they feed and care for the animals.

Seniors 62 and older: $11

You can purchase corn to feed the deer for 25 cents from dispensers throughout the facility.
